Brand Institute is the parent company of the Drug Safety Institute (DSI) which provides name safety and marketing research services, providing the most efficient and proven paths to drug name approval. Hence the tendency for most surveys to be aimed at medical professionals, although there are often consumer online surveys available as well. They currently have over 7 million members of their panel.

It’s easy to become a member of Brand Institute. Simply complete the short registration form, check your e-mail for a confirmation message and click on the link confirming your registration and you’re finished! From that point on, check your e-mail account for survey invitations from them. The survey invitation will state the topic of the survey, the approximate length of time it will take you to complete it, as well as how much money you will earn for finishing the survey. It is always your choice whether or not you are interested in completing the survey – it is never mandatory or a requirement for anything.

Payment Information

Brand Institute pays cash for every survey. Incentives can vary greatly although most surveys pay a minimum of $5 US and can pay more than $30. Focus groups are also offered and the payment amounts for participating in these is much higher.

Payments are made within 3 weeks to members by PayPal or by cheque. Surveys aimed at medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc. tend to pay more.

There is no minimum balance required to request payment.
