Surveys.com UK is an online community that allows panellists to participate in the development of new products by answering questionnaires. Surveys.com is operated by GfK Custom Research, which is the world’s fourth-largest market research company. GfK stands for “Growth from Knowledge” and they acquired NOP World in 2005, which is still sometimes what their panel is referred to ask. GfK employs over 10,000 staff in more than 100 countries around the world. They are committed to high quality research and take great care to protect your personal information.

Simply fill out a short membership questionnaire online and you are on your way to earning rewards for your opinions. These personal questions will help determine which surveys are most relevant to you. Surveys are then sent periodically to your email account and generally take less than 10 minutes to complete. You will receive an average of 2-3 questionnaires per month and you always have a choice of whether you want to fill out a particular survey or not.

Payment Information

For each completed survey, members have the choice to earn “ipoints”, which are redeemable at over 60 retailers through the ipoints website. Some of the goods and services available include Dell, Cineworld Admission Tickets and products from Apple. Travel, music and exciting gift cards from the large selection of retailers are also available.

Points are automatically deposited in the member’s account each time a survey is taken. When surveys take longer than the standard 5-10 minutes to complete then more points are rewarded. Members are also entered into drawings for points and prizes with each questionnaire that is completed.
