The Viewsbank panel and website is operated by Consumer Intelligence – an independent research company that has been providing customer and competitor insight since 2003. The Consumer Intelligence name can be seen most days on TV in the UK – with many household brands names using their research. In addition to large commercial organisations, The Office of National Statistics uses their data when compiling the Retail Price Index for the UK Government.
So, you can trust them but equally important is their emphasis on customer service and support. All enquiries are handled by a real person – that makes a refreshing change!
To get started with Viewsbank is super-easy: complete the registration form in about three minutes, confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail they send out to you, and that’s it! During the registration process, you can specify if you’d like to receive email alerts for surveys, mystery shops, research assignments, etc. – you can pick and choose which of these you are interested in.
