ESOMAR
ESOMAR is the global organization for enabling and promoting better research into consumers, markets and societies. It was founded in 1958 and has more than 4600 members across 100 different countries. ESOMAR aims to promote the value of opinion and market research in highlighting real issues and promoting effective decision-making. All members of ESOMAR are listed in a directory along with their company contact details. Are members agree to abide by the ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market and Social Research

The Market Research Society
MRS is the world’s largest association serving those involved in market, social and opinion research, and in market analysis, business intelligence as well as customer insight and consultancy. They support best practice by setting and enforcing industry standards and as the “voice of market research”, MRS promotes and defends research through its representational and advocacy efforts.

AQR: The Association for Qualitative Research
With over 1000 members, AQR strives to promote the highest level of industry standards within the qualitative research community as well as among marketers, market research buyers, the business community and the media. They also strive to provide an understanding of the commercial value of qualitative research among the same groups. AQR offers a handbook which includes an AQR membership list, articles and reference documents.

Office for National Statistics
Collects, compiles and analyzes UK statistics related to the economy, social issues as well as demographic information.

Information Commissioner’s Office
An independent authority in the UK whose purpose it is to uphold information rights in the name of public interest as well as promote openness by public bodies and individual data privacy.
